How this is used

Total cost for constructing streets will be calculated with the user’s assumption in the relationship based on the selection by user in the per Unit column, which includes per length at different scales, per gross floor area at different scales and lump sum. The total cost (hard cost + soft cost) for Streets will be added to the total development cost for the project.
