How this is used
Total cost for constructing pedestrian surfaces will be calculated with the user’s assumption in the relationship based on the selection by user in the per Unit column, which includes per gross floor area at different scales and lump sum. The total cost (hard cost + soft cost) for Pedestrian will be added to the total development cost for the project.
