Add to Follow Up (from Message History)

Put a patient into follow up, even if they aren't in a Team Decision bucket

There may be situations where you need to put a patient into follow up, but Ava hasn't put them in a Team Decision bucket and suggested that you add them.

If the patient you're trying to add is already in New Lead follow up, you will need to remove them from it first (this does not apply to the other follow up categories).

Go to their message history and click my avatar to the right of their name where you'll see your options Auto, Set, or Remind!

Once you've put them in follow up, you'll see their name in Automations, in an Ava's Patients bucket.
