Assign patients to Ava to Follow Up with

You'll probably use Auto the most often when you move patients from Team Decision to Ava's Patients (click a patient's name to see your options, Auto, Set, and Remind):

When you put a patient in Auto follow up specifically, you are assigning their follow up to me, and I'll send them a series of automated texts and emails on a schedule.

When you put a patient into “Auto” a new window will pop up where you'll give me the details (you can also put someone in follow up from their Messaging Modal, which will open this window as well):

If you write a note for yourself in the text box (optional), it will be saved as a yellow note in the patient's message history (for your office's eyes only).

Follow Up Options and Details:

Responsible Party

If the patient is a child, I will auto-fill this field with their primary contact (see patient's Details), "(none)" if the patient is an adult and is their own responsible party.

Language

You can choose to have me send them messages in English or Spanish:

Category (New Lead, No Show, Recall, Pending, Misc)

If a patient is in a Team Decision bucket, I will auto-select that category:

If you are putting them in follow up from their Messaging Modal, you will need to make sure to select the follow up category you'd like to put them in.

I will auto-select you, but if you want to change the team member a patient's messages come from, you can do that here:

At that point, all you have to do is click Submit - manage them in Ava's Patients from there!
