Lead Generation and Tracking Lead Source

I have several tools that were built to help you generate new leads; specifically the Virtual Consult and New Patient Scheduler.

They both have custom links that can be used on your website or in ad campaigns run on Google or social media sites.

When you're generating leads from multiple sources, being able to track how people find you can be massively helpful in upping your marketing game!

UTM Codes

In order to track these leads, all you have to do is add a UTM code to the end of any of your custom links, then give each individual link a title (added at the end of the link).

Using UTM codes, you can track a lead from when they click your ad to when they submit a consult and are added to my desk.

You can find your VC or NPS links in their settings.

You may want to create a document with all of your links, so you can keep track of which links are being used, and where.

Copy/past this UTM code to the end of your custom link:

?utm_source=

Now give that specific link a title - leads that find you through this link will be tagged with this:

You can now send this amended link to your web developer or use it yourself!

Create a unique link for each individual ad, so you can track traffic.

(ex: Facebook1, Facebook2, Google_BlackFriday)

Reports

This title will be displayed in VC and NPS reports under the "Lead Source" columns.
