You should receive an invitation to get set up with Deploi, which will require you to create an account with your chosen password. We require the first user created to be a manager, so that we can ensure that all users and permissions are decided by someone with appropriate authority from here on out.
Once you have set up your password and logged in, you’ll be able to create your team.
If you are using an integration with Workforce Management Software (WFM) such as Guardhouse or Workwave, you should have been invited to an integration specific onboarding session. If this hasn’t been arranged yet, please contact your account manager.
