Requesting Orders and Triaging Priorities

If you are using an integration, you may prefer to request orders directly through your workforce management system. You will still be able to request orders via the Deploi portal, and both systems will synchronise immediately.

New orders can be requested by clicking the ‘add candidate’ button on the top right of your dashboard. This will allow you to find or create the candidate, and then create the order associated with them.

You may want to add multiple candidates- this should be a fairly quick process, however if you have a significant amount to request, please get in touch with us at vetting@deploi.uk and we will upload these in bulk for you.

The system is designed to let you choose how to prioritise your orders. For companies that perform rolling recruitment, you may want to work from oldest to newest in order to maintain a low average time to clear. This can often lead to improved retention rates, so we recommend this as default.

You may instead wish to react to demand, and prioritise your candidates by their site or start date. In this case, we recommend sorting by ‘last chased’ or assigning to one specific user, so the urgent candidates can be easily identified.

If you’d prefer a different candidate view, or would benefit from more data adding, please reach out to cassie@deploi.uk.
