There are a couple of reasons why your ID check may not be being accepted, we need to be able to see your face and your ID document clearly without any glare or blur, natural light is best!
We have listed a few of the most common issues we see, make sure you avoid all the below and your ID check should be successful.
Please note you do not have to remove glasses, headscarves, jewellery etc.
You are not sat in good lighting
The camera is not being held still for the duration of the check and images are blurry - you can wipe your camera clean on your device if you need to
There is something obstructing your face
Pictures of your ID are unclear and not within the frame
Pictures of your ID are scanned images
There is glare on your ID documents
You have not included a picture of both the front and back of your ID
You are not fully clothed
