If you are currently on a discontinued Corporation & Organization Plan (Startup, Business, or Large Business) and are considering switching to an Enterprise Plan, you can import your Organization into an Enterprise Plan’s Workspace. Please follow these steps to proceed with the migration.

You can also consolidate multiple Organizations into a single Workspace. Please note that you must be an administrator for both the original Organization(s) and the destination Workspace and be logged in to the administrator account.

We offer a 45-day free trial period for the Enterprise Plan.

During the free trial period, you can migrate your existing Organizations. However, please note that the process is irreversible. Once you migrate an Organization to an Enterprise Plan’s Workspace, you cannot move it back to its original location or plan.

  1. First, follow the steps here (https://intercom.help/deploygate/en/articles/4536554-how-do-i-cancel-a-paid-plan) to cancel your existing plan.

  2. Visit here (https://deploygate.com/enterprises) to apply for an Enterprise Plan free trial (45 days).

  3. DeployGate Customer Service will send you a notification email about your Enterprise Trial Account. Please visit here (https://intercom.help/deploygate/en/articles/4536538-how-to-get-started-with-enterprise-trial-operation-guide) for information about how to get started.

  4. Once you’ve completed your Enterprise Plan application, hover above your account name or click on your user icon to expand the menu and select the Workspace you created.You can also go to your “Organizations” list and select your Workspace from the “Workspaces” section.

  5. On the Workspace Admin Console, click on the “Organizations” tab.

  6. Click on the “You can migrate existing Organizations into this Workspace” link.

  7. Select the Organization to migrate and click on the “Migrate” button.

  8. Once migrated, your Organization will appear in the Workspace Admin Console.
    You will also receive an email confirming the migration: “[DeployGate] Organization Migration Completed”

If your Organization’s user count exceeds your Workspace’s member limits, you will encounter an error and cannot initiate the migration. You will receive an email informing you of the error: “[DeployGate] Organization Migration Failed”

You must increase your Enterprise Plan’s member numbers or reduce your Organization’s user count before migrating the Organization.
