Method 1: From Project
Go to the Specs tab in your project
Click New
Select Spec Library (Pro Tier required)
Browse or search your library
Click on the spec to select it
Optionally change: Spec code, Name, Stage
Click Create Spec
The spec is added to your project.
Method 2: From Spec Library
Click Spec Library in the top navigation
Browse or search your library items
Click on a spec to select it
Go to the Projects tab within the spec
Click Add to Project
Select the destination project

Spec Library stores frequently-used items for reuse
Specs in the library can be updated globally
