Steps
Go to the Specs tab
Highlight the specs you want to copy
Click the Copy button
Choose destination:
Spec Library: Add to your reusable spec library
Project: Copy to a specific project
If Copying to a Project
Select the destination project (or current project)
Choose options:
Copy linked specs: Include child specs (fabrics, finishes) with parent
Ignore linked specs: Copy only the parent spec
Reassign area: Pick areas from destination project
Remove area assignments: Clear all area associations
Generate new codes: Create new spec codes
Keep same code: Maintain original spec codes
Keep number sequence: Preserve code numbering
Click Copy

Use linked specs option when copying furniture with associated materials
Generate new codes when copying to the same project to avoid duplicates
