Steps:
1. Open the existing purchase order that contains the spec. The PO shows the current spec info (for example, the dimensions for a set of double doors).
2. Make your change to the spec: go to the spec window, open the spec, and edit it (for example, change the height to 82 3/4")
3. Save and close the spec
4. Return to the purchase order
5. Click Refresh from Specs
This pulls any updated information into the PO. In this example, the height updates from 81" to 82 3/4".
