How many scripts do you need?

How many scripts the AI needs to sell effectively, and how to grow that number over time.

The mechanics to understand

  • A script is sold only once per fan: once it has run in a conversation, it will never be offered there again.

  • A script is set aside for a fan who has already seen one of its media (see "How a conversation's script is chosen").

  • When no script is available anymore for a conversation, the Out of script alert fires and that conversation waits for you to step in.

The number of active scripts therefore determines how many sales cycles the AI can run with each fan. It is not a question of "the minimum to function": technically, a single script with a single step is enough to sell. It is a question of the commercial lifespan of your conversations.

Our recommendation

  • To get started: 1 script is enough. Enough to activate the AI and make your first sales.

  • To be in good shape: aim for at least 4 to 5 active scripts. Each fan then has several sales cycles ahead of them, and your best fans do not run dry within a few days.

  • Beyond that, even better. Every new script is an extra revenue cycle across your whole fan base: add them regularly, at the pace of your content production.

  • Watch the Out of script alert: if it fires often, that is the direct signal to create more. It is precisely your biggest spenders who trigger it, since they have bought everything.

Multi-platform

A script is only offered on the platforms where its media exist. If your model is on several platforms, add the media from every platform to each step (for example the OnlyFans version and the MYM version), otherwise the script will not run everywhere and part of your conversations will have nothing to sell.

Track what your scripts bring in

  • The Conversations page shows, for each conversation, the scripts sent out of the total available.
