For each fan, the AI keeps a note automatically up to date as the conversation unfolds. This is its long-term memory: it's what keeps it from ever re-asking a question that's already been answered, and what lets it personalize the relationship, even weeks later.
Good to know: notes are specific to each fan on each platform. If the same person follows you on MYM and on Reveal, they're two separate fans, each with their own conversation and their own notes; nothing is merged across platforms.
What the AI retains
Only lasting information, never the ephemeral ("he's tired tonight" isn't noted). By default, the AI notably looks to retain: first name, age, family situation, job, payday, pets, what they like about the model, what they don't like, preferences and fantasies mentioned, limits expressed, important events (birthday, vacation, breakup), frequent moods and interests.
Beyond that list, the AI always notes:
major life events (accident, illness, breakup, job change);
what visibly touches the fan or what they're passionate about;
anything the fan insists on having remembered. An "I already told you!" triggers the immediate recording of that information.
Customize what gets collected
In Settings → General → Notes to collect, you define the list of information the AI should look for as a priority. This list applies to the whole account. The default list already covers the essentials of chatting; adapt it to your method if needed.
Where to view and edit notes
In each conversation, the Memory panel ("kept by the AI") shows what the AI has remembered about the fan. You can correct or complete it by hand with Edit or Add notes: the AI will take it into account. These notes stay in Desirely, visible to the members of your organization who have access to conversations, and are never sent to the fan.
On Reveal and OnlyFans, they are also copied to the platform's notes tool, so your team finds them there.
