An account you have just connected does not belong to a model yet. If you added it with Add an account (Models page), the window moves straight on to the Model step. If you sent it from the extension without going through that window, refresh the Models page: a Link platform accounts window opens (if it doesn't, click Link accounts at the top of the page). Either way, you have two choices for each account:
Create a new model: choose this option for a new creator, then click Create the model. The platform account is attached to her.
Attach to an existing model card: choose this option if the creator already exists in Desirely and you're simply adding another platform to her profile, then select her in the list and click Attach to followed by her name.

To deal with an account later, just close the window: the Link accounts button on the Models page reopens it.

One model, several platforms
A single model can group several platform accounts (for example Reveal and MYM). She then shares the same profile (her persona), the same scripts and the same settings (schedule, nudges, alerts) everywhere.
Two things, however, remain specific to each platform:
Fans and their notes: a MYM fan and a Reveal fan are two separate fans, even if they're the same person. Each has their own conversation and their own notes; nothing is merged across platforms.
Media: each platform has its own media, imported through synchronization. For a script to be sendable on both platforms, each step must contain the media for both (the MYM version and the Reveal version).
Each platform account also keeps its own commission tier (see the Billing collection).
Unlink an account
On the Models page, expand the model's accounts ("2 accounts" for example), open the ⋮ menu on the account's row and choose Unlink this platform account: the account is not deleted, it is simply detached and can be linked again later, to the same model or another one.
