The range: price and reduced price
Each script step carries a Price (shown to the fan) and, if you enable it, a Reduced price: the absolute floor of the negotiation. The entire price discussion plays out between these two bounds:
the AI never goes below the reduced price, no matter what the fan says or promises;
it never quotes any amount other than the current offer: no invented price, no improvised discount;
without a reduced price enabled, there is no room to negotiate: it is the listed price.
When the fan negotiates
The AI can tell a fan who is really negotiating ("too expensive", "can you do a better price?", "I only have 15") from a fan who is simply talking about the content. When the fan negotiates, it responds like a seller: it defends the value, can concede a new price within the range, and closes. When the fan accepts ("ok", "go ahead", "I'll take it"), the deal is done at the agreed price: the AI points them back to the locked media to unlock in the chat.
If the fan accepts an amount below your floor, the AI closes at the reduced price: the floor is always respected.
When the fan does not buy: the gradual discount
If a paid media stays locked while the conversation continues, the AI does not keep pushing at the same price forever. After about 7 messages on its side with no purchase, it starts lowering the price in increments, with a new offer every 2 messages, moving gradually down toward the reduced price. Each offer is presented as a gesture for the fan, never as begging. Once at the floor with still no purchase, it gently drops the sale and switches back to relationship mode.
When the AI stops selling on its own
Two situations end the sale immediately, even if the fan stays flirty:
the fan is done: they got what they wanted, they say good night, they drift off;
the money wall: they say they cannot afford it (or cannot anymore), or ask to stop talking about money. Pushing at that point is exactly what drives a fan away; the AI eases off, and the media stays available for later.
What this means for your settings
The Price is your anchor: set the rate you want to see paid.
The Reduced price is your true floor: set it to the minimum you genuinely accept, because negotiating fans and the gradual discounts can reach it.
A reasonable gap between the two gives the AI room to negotiate without underselling.
