The Desirely MCP connects your Desirely account to the AI you already use: Claude, ChatGPT, Grok… You tell it what you want, in plain words, and it does it in Desirely for you: find the conversations waiting for a reply, describe the media in a folder, prepare a script, create an alert.
What is an MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets an AI use the tools of an outside service. Desirely publishes its own: once connected, your AI sees the same models, media, scripts and conversations as you do in the app, and can act on them.
How it works
You add Desirely as a connector in your AI, once: the address and the steps are in Settings → AI connectors (see also "Connect the Desirely MCP to Claude, ChatGPT or Grok").
You write your request as you would to an assistant: "Which of Lola's conversations are waiting for a reply?"
The AI picks the Desirely tools it needs, calls them and answers with the result. When the request changes something (a description, a setting, a message), it really happens in Desirely, as if you had done it in the app.
What the MCP can do
Models: create a model from a connected platform account, duplicate it (with its profile, scripts, alerts or schedule if you ask), fill in its profile, set its activity hours, turn the AI on or off.
Media: browse the library, import media from a platform, organize them into folders and tags (tags only show up through the MCP, not in the app), write or edit descriptions (your AI looks at the media and writes its description itself).
Scripts: create, duplicate, edit or activate a script; your AI can also write it in full (messages, step descriptions, prices).
Conversations: find a fan, list the conversations waiting for a reply, read an exchange, take over or hand back to the AI, send a message.
Follow-ups and alerts: set up automatic follow-ups, create your own alerts, choose where they go (Telegram).
Organization and billing: invite a member and set their permissions, check your balance, commissions and tiers, get a top-up link. Payment always happens on the secure payment page, never in the AI.
Ready-to-copy requests are in "What you can do with the MCP (examples)".
With your account and your permissions
You sign in with your Desirely account: you never give your password to the AI.
The AI acts with your permissions in the organization. A member who cannot edit scripts in the app cannot do it through the MCP either.
To cut access, remove the Desirely connector in your AI's settings.
Before you start
Actions are real. A deletion is final, and a message sent to a fan really goes out. Read what the AI is about to do: most AIs ask for confirmation before acting.
Connecting the MCP costs nothing. Neither does what your AI does through it: when it describes a media item or writes a script, your AI does the work, nothing is deducted from your credits. Generations by Desirely's AI (€0.10 per media description, €0.25 per script step) are only started in the app.
Your data. What the AI reads to answer you (conversations, media, figures) goes through that AI's provider (Anthropic for Claude, OpenAI for ChatGPT, xAI for Grok), under its own terms. Only connect Desirely to an AI and an account you trust.
Be specific. Name the model, folder or script you mean. A vague request can hit the wrong target: check the result in the app.
The AI that chats with your fans doesn't change. The MCP is for setting up and running Desirely. Conversations with fans are still handled by Desirely's AI, with your scripts and settings.
