Connect the Desirely MCP to Claude, ChatGPT or Grok

The connector address and the steps to add it to your AI, once.

You add the Desirely connector to your AI once. You need two things: the MCP address and your Desirely account.

The easiest way: in Desirely, open Settings → AI connectors. You'll find the connector address, a button to copy it and the steps for your AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Perplexity or Gemini).

Settings, AI connectors (1): the address and Copy the address (2), your AI (3) and its steps (4).

The connector address

It is the same address for every AI. You then sign in with your Desirely account: no key or password to copy.

In Claude

All plans; one custom connector on Free. Team and Enterprise users need their workspace owner to add it first.

  1. Open Customize → Connectors, then Add → Add custom connector.

  2. Name it Desirely, paste the address and continue through the authentication settings.

  3. Choose to sign in, connect with your Desirely account and approve access. Enable Desirely from the + menu in your conversation.

In ChatGPT

Use ChatGPT on the web. Your workspace must allow custom MCP plugins.

  1. Open Plugins, select +, then Add custom MCP server.

  2. Name it Desirely, paste the server address and select OAuth. Review the notice and create the plugin.

  3. Sign in with your Desirely account and install the plugin. In a Work chat, type @ and select Desirely.

In Grok

Set up on grok.com, then available in all your Grok conversations.

  1. Open grok.com/connectors.

  2. Click New Connector, then Custom, and paste the address.

  3. Finish signing in with your Desirely account.

In Perplexity

Paid plans only (Pro, Max, Enterprise).

  1. Open Settings, then Connectors.

  2. Click Custom connector, pick Remote, name it Desirely, paste the address and pick OAuth.

  3. Sign in with your Desirely account, then turn the connector on in your conversation.

In Gemini

US only: personal Google account, age 18+, Gemini in English, and Keep Activity enabled.

  1. On gemini.google.com, open Settings, then Connected Apps.

  2. Under Custom apps, click Add a custom app and paste the address.

  3. Click Next and sign in with your Desirely account.

With another AI

Any AI that accepts a remote MCP connector (often called "custom connector" or "remote MCP") works with the same address and the same sign-in with your Desirely account.

These AIs change their menus often. If a label doesn't match, look for "connector" or "MCP" in their settings.

Check that it works

Ask your AI: "List my Desirely models". It should answer with your models. If it says it has no access to Desirely, check that the connector is turned on in that conversation.

Several organizations

If your account belongs to several organizations (yours and that of an agency that invited you, for example), say which one in your request: "In the Studio Lola organization, list the models."

Cut access

Remove or disconnect the Desirely connector in your AI's settings: it no longer has access to your account.

If it doesn't work

  • Desirely is not in the list of connectors. Open your AI's settings and check that the Desirely connector is added and connected (in ChatGPT, the Desirely plugin must be installed). If it isn't there, add it again with the connector address. Your plan must also accept custom connectors: on the free plan, Claude accepts only one; in ChatGPT, your workspace must allow custom MCP plugins; Perplexity requires a paid plan.

  • The connection is refused. Check that the address is exactly https://mcp.desirely.co/mcp, with no space or extra character, and, in ChatGPT or Perplexity, that OAuth is the chosen authentication. Sign in with the account you use in the Desirely app, then try again. If it still fails, remove the connector and add it again. Opened in a browser, the address shows an error: this is normal, it is only meant for your AI.

  • The AI picks the wrong organization or can't find it. Name the organization in your request (see "Several organizations"). The organization of an agency that invited you only shows up once you have accepted the invitation in the app: Organization page, Pending invitations, Accept. If it still doesn't show up, disconnect the connector and sign in again with the Desirely account that belongs to that organization.
