To open new messages or view existing conversations in DialLink:
Go to the Conversations tab.
Look for unread message indicators:
A red badge next to a number in the left panel shows how many unread messages are assigned to that number
In the conversation list, chats with new messages are marked with a blue dot
(Optional) Use the Unread filter at the top of the conversation list to view only new messages
Select any conversation to open the full thread, read messages, and reply
