Why these limits exist?
The trial plan is designed to be simple and safe to start with. Some features are restricted because they require verified business identity and carrier compliance. Others, like number porting, are safer after upgrading. Certain advanced tools also need more setup and infrastructure, so they become available once you switch to a paid plan.
Why a feature might be hidden
If you don’t see a button or setting you expected, it’s usually because of one of the following:
It’s not available in a trial subscription (see table above).
It’s available only on specific plans.
Your workspace role doesn’t have permission for that action.
