My product arrived damaged. What do I do?

First of all, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this might have caused you. We understand how frustrating it can be.

Despite all of our efforts to safely package your order, sometimes records may suffer from bad handling when in transit with the carrier.

  • If your record sleeve is damaged — split seam or folded corners — we ask you to send photos of the issue via our chat widget on the bottom right corner of the screen. We will provide you with a 20% refund to compensate for the unfortunate situation.

  • If your vinyl record is damaged — tracks skipping, incorrect labels, warping, scratches or broken — we ask you to send photos and videos of the issue. We will be able to provide you with a replacement if the record is still available in one of our warehouses or with a full refund in case the project is out of stock.
