If despite receiving a preparation email, a shipping email, and checking the tracking link you still haven't received your order and you feel that something is off, feel free to start a conversation on our website using the little shortcut at the bottom right of your screen! You will then be able to chat with us 😉

Note that if you ordered through the pre-order system, the whole process (Pre-order, Production, preparation for delivery, and delivery) can, generally speaking, last for several months!
