To get in touch with our customer service, you can contact us via our discussion tool available on our website (the small widget at the bottom right of your screen, available on computer and mobile).

You will then need to provide us with your order number and attach photos of what the items received, as well as a photo of your parcel.

We will make the necessary arrangements and send you the item you have ordered! Don't worry. 😊
