If you are facing issues and are unsure whether to be present on the day of the delivery, you can ask us to pause your order, if it hasn't been shipped yet. You can get in touch with our customer service team. They will pause your order until you are able to receive it.

If you already know when you will come back, you can tell them the exact date, and they will resume the shipment of your order.

Otherwise, you can contact them when you are back.
