Your parcel will remain at the pickup point or locker for a limited time - usually between 5 and 10 days, depending on the carrier. If it is not collected within this timeframe, the parcel will automatically be returned to our warehouse.
If your parcel is returned to us, please reach out to our support team. We can offer the following options:
Re-dispatch: If the items are still in stock, we can ship your order again. Please note that you will be required to pay a new shipping fee to cover the costs of the second delivery.
Refund: If the project is sold out, or if you prefer not to have it reshipped, we will issue a refund. In accordance with our terms, the initial shipping costs and service fees remain non-refundable as the delivery service was attempted.
