Your parcel will stay at the pickup point or locker for a limited time — usually from 8 up to 15 days. Once this timeframe is over, the parcel will be returned to us.

We can propose a reshipment if the project you've ordered is still available at our warehouse. However, in case the project is sold-out, we'll refund your order.

Kindly note that if you did not collect your parcel at your pickup point or locker in time, we'll ask you to pay for the shipping costs of the reshipment if available.
