Q What is Company Settings
Company Settings module where all the core information about the company subscription, its various settings is centralized in one place for you to access and control your use of the platform. This includes UK Companies House registered information about the company, subscription and billing information, its address and website etc. It also enables control of which colleagues can access which modules on the platform.
Company Settings are accessed via either the Company Index or Side Bar

A: Group information is displayed in the Group Info section of the Company Settings.
Q: How do I manage user permissions for modules?
A: Use the User Permissions section within Company Settings to assign or restrict module access for colleagues.

A: Verify your subscription in the Subscription Model Info section. If there are discrepancies, contact support.

A: No, the Subscription Model Info section only allows you to view your current subscription plan. You can upgrade your plan from your dashboard or index

A: All company data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

A: No, companies must be added through the Company Index, and then grouped in the Group Info section.
