Investor Registration from Home Page is the process whereby from the diligentsia.co.uk website home page, an Investor sets up an account on the platform for the first time. They may be an owner who comes to the site to set up a company and then invite additional users to register onto the platform to access that Company(or Group). The process of registration and setting up your company is free.

How to Register as an Investor from the home page

Step 1: On the Diligentsia home page, click "Register for Free" at the top right corner.

Step 2: Complete the registration form and make sure you use your firm's email address and select Register as Investor and select what type of Investor you are.

Step 3: Enter your firm's name or registration number(It must be a company registered at Companies House) and confirm.

Step 4: Fill in your firm's details, some are already prepopulated from Companies House, phone number, add your designation, add your website, confirm and add your firm's logo and click register.

Check and confirm website, then click register.

Step 5: A short description of your company is provided. Click on next and you'll be taken to the login page. A welcome email is also sent to you.

You are successfully registered. Click on next and login to your account with your registered email and password.

Step 6: After clicking on login, you are sent an email containing a code. Fill it in the popup and you'll be taken to your Portfolio Index.
