Q: Can i add more than one Investor to my Portfolio Index?

Yes, you can add more than one Investor to your Portfolio Index. To do that, follow the steps below.

Step 1: On your Portfolio Index, you can either click "Add to team" or go to Investor Team, them click on Add Investor, fill in the Investor's details and add the necessary permissions.

Step 2: Sub investor would receive an email to set password and login.

Step 3: You can now see status of new invite.

New Sub-Investor's names or profile picture now reflects on the Portfolio Index

Q: How can i edit a Sub Advisor's permission?

Step 1: From your Portfolio Index, go to "Team Permissions"

Step 2: The modules where the initials of names or profile pictures of the investors are present are modules that they have access to. You can click the indent to either add or remove their access to any module.

If the advisor does not have access, you can just tick the box to give access.

If you want to remove an advisor's access to any module, you just untick the box.

Step 3: Permissions are updated and there is an audit log of the changes made.

Q: I want to delete an advisor, how can i do it?

Step 1: On your Portfolio Index, go to Investor Team, navigate to the Investor you wish to delete and click on the trash bin.

Step 2: Confirm deletion.
