The Workflow Manager

Updated over a month ago

What is the Workflow Manager?

The Workflow Manager is a tool that facilitates the identification of risks and recommendations through module completion, provides a structured process to address issues, allows task assignment and progress monitoring, and generates real-time status reports and summaries.

How does the Workflow Manager work?

The Workflow Manager streamlines the process of handling business tasks by following a structured approach. First, it allows users to identify and address issues directly within the report, enabling immediate communication and collaboration among team members. Next, it helps in managing the status and priority of each workflow by categorizing tasks into different levels of priority and tracking their progress through various stages, such as not started, in progress, or completed. Finally, the system monitors the resolution of these issues by providing an overview of workflow completeness for each module, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and business performance is consistently improved.

After completing the questions in a module, you can view the report or the workflow report or you can click the "WF" button of a module on your dashboard. You can see the workflow completeness of each section, risks and recommendations and you can also download a .pdf of the workflow report.

"WF" button.
