When the loyalty club is generated, most things are configured and ready out of the box. For example, you get one Welcome coupon for 15% discount that must be used within 90 days, and a Birthday coupon also at 15% which must be used within 7 days.
There are a few things you should configure before you go live with your program.
Decide which coupons to use
The Welcome and Birthday coupons make up what we call the onboarding program — the incentive to get your customers to sign up. You can start with just these activated and add other parts to the program later.

Store name and loyalty program name
Many companies give their loyalty program its own name rather than using the company or store name. You can update this when logged into the retailer page:
Go to Our Details to set your Store Name and Loyalty Program Name
If you want to change the registered company name, please send us an email
Billing information can be updated under Our Details → Billing Information
Your logo is important — members will see it when registering for your program, when logging into their member page, and when you send campaign SMS messages. If you do not upload a logo, a Diller logo will be shown instead. You can update this in the Our Details section.
Business settings — departments
Do you have one or more stores? Some POS systems require at least one department to work properly. We recommend setting up one department for each physical store and one for your webshop.
You can add departments under Our Details → Departments.
Language & preferences
The default language on your retailer page is set to the language of the country where your store was created — as long as we support that language. If not, it will default to English.
The language on the member-facing page (diller.app/<storename>) is fetched automatically from the member's mobile device.
Member registration settings
You can decide which fields to show on the registration page under Settings → Registration.
First name, last name, mobile number, and email are mandatory for all members
We do not recommend making additional fields mandatory, but that is of course up to you
When a member signs up via SMS in a physical store, they will automatically be assigned to that store's department
If no department is assigned at registration, it will be added when they make their first purchase
Onboarding page — self-registration in store
You can quickly set up a self-registration page for members to use in your store on an iPad or similar device. Go to Settings → Onboarding to get started.
Add a background image or choose a background color
Choose a text color
Add a short text so customers know what to do
Click Save — the page is immediately public
Your store's onboarding URL is: diller.app/<storename>/onboarding
This URL can also be used for social media sign-up campaigns.
