Step 7: Payments, Billing & Subscriptions

How to ensure your subscription keeps running without interuptions

Written by Knut Hauge

Understanding your subscription

Your subscription runs monthly. We currently have two models: SMB Pro and Enterprise.

SMB Pro

You can see the full pricing model here: diller.io/pricing

You get a trial period of 30 days, which also includes 1,000 SMS messages — just to give you a flying start. Registration and Welcome SMS messages are included in the subscription to keep your monthly fee more stable as you grow.

Enterprise

Normally for businesses that have more than 40,000 members in their member base. There is no trial period. All SMS messages are charged separately, the subscription is paid in advance monthly, and SMS costs are settled at the end of each month.

Payment methods

As of now, all payments are processed through invoice.

Stripe payment is coming soon and will be mandatory for all smaller companies.

Invoices & billing info

Invoices are sent as a PDF on the 1st of every month.

Trial period rules

30 days from sign-up or acceptance date, unless otherwise agreed. Applies to the SMB Pro model only.

What happens if payment fails

You will receive a warning that payment has failed. If payment is not made in a timely manner, we will first disable the SMS function, and then suspend all features until payment is back on track. If the service is suspended, you will need to notify us once payment has been made so that access can be restored manually. Once Stripe payment is activated, this process will be fully automated.
