Your order number is called a Reference ID in the Dispatch platform. Here is where to find it.
In the Dispatch dashboard
Log into your account and go to the Orders tab. Each order is listed with its Reference ID. Click the underlined Reference ID to open the full delivery detail page.
In your email or SMS notifications
When your order is placed or updated, Dispatch sends a notification with a link to the delivery status page. Open that link and the Reference ID will be displayed at the top of the page.
In the tracking link
If you have a tracking link, the URL will include the order ID in this format: https://app.dispatchit.com/order/[order_id]. You can use that link to view all order details.
Still can't find it?
Contact Dispatch Support through the chat in the portal and provide the pickup address, drop-off address, or the date the order was placed. We can locate the order for you and share the Reference ID.
