If your order shows as active but you have not received any status updates, or if it has been longer than expected without a delivery confirmation, here is what to check first.
Check the order status in your dashboard
Log into the Dispatch portal and open the Orders tab. Find your order by Reference ID or date. The status will show one of the following:
Awaiting Assignment: A driver has not been assigned yet. This is normal for orders that were just placed or scheduled for a later time.
Assigned: A driver is confirmed and heading to pickup.
Out for Delivery: The driver has left the pickup location and is on the way to your drop-off.
Delivered: The order is complete. You can view the proof of delivery photo from the delivery detail page.
If the order shows "Awaiting Assignment" longer than expected
Contact Dispatch Support through the chat in the portal and provide your Reference ID. We can check driver availability in your area and update you on timing.
If the driver appears stopped or unresponsive
Contact Dispatch Support right away. Do not attempt to reach the driver directly through personal channels. We will contact the driver and provide you with an update.
If you need an ETA for the delivery
Once a driver is assigned, you can track their location in real time through your tracking link or the portal. The estimated arrival time is displayed on the tracking page and updates automatically.
For any active order issues, always have your Reference ID ready when contacting support so we can pull up the order immediately.
