Pre-Integration Requirements
✔️ Administrative access to Merlink DRS
✔️ Active chargeback management module
✔️ Disputifier merchant account
✔️ 15-20 minutes for complete setup
Step 1: Configure Disputifier Access in Merlink DRS
1. Log in to Merlink DRS Portal
Navigate to Merlink DRS Login
Authenticate using admin credentials
Complete any multi-factor authentication
2. Navigate to User Management
Select Administration → User Access → External Partners
Click "Add Third-Party Provider"
3. Create Disputifier Integration Profile
Complete all required fields:
Partner Type: Select "Chargeback Service Provider"
Contact Email: onboarding@disputifier.com
Access Identifier: DRS_disputifier_[YourMID] (e.g., DRS_disputifier_M12345)
Department Assignment: Risk Operations
4. Configure Granular Permissions
🔓 **Required Access:**
- View/Manage all disputes
- Download transaction evidence
- Upload rebuttal documents
- Access representment console
- View customer verification data
🔒 **Restricted Access:**
- Initiate refunds
- Modify merchant settings
- Access settlement reports
5. Finalize Integration Setup
Set access duration to "Continuous"
Enable "Activity Logging" for audit trail
Click "Send Partner Invitation"
Save the Integration Reference ID (format: MLK-DRS-INV-XXXXXX)
Step 2: Adding the information in the App
Information in the app
Head on over to the integrations tab in the App
Click on where you see your processor listed
Add the Information
