Integration Overview
This guide provides step-by-step instructions to connect your LUQRA payment account with Disputifier's chargeback automation system, enabling real-time monitoring and response to disputes.
Pre-Integration Checklist
✔️ Admin access to LUQRA merchant portal
✔️ Chargeback module enabled in your LUQRA account
✔️ Disputifier account already created
✔️ 15 minutes allocated for setup
Step 1: Configure Disputifier Access in LUQRA
1. Log in to LUQRA Merchant Portal
Navigate to LUQRA Merchant Login
Authenticate with admin credentials
Complete any security verification
2. Navigate to User Management
Go to: Account Settings → Team Members
Click "Invite New User"
3. Create Disputifier User Profile
Complete these fields precisely:
Email Address: onboarding@disputifier.com
User Identifier: disputifier_[YourStoreName] (e.g., disputifier_luxewatches)
Department: Select Risk Management
4. Set Granular Permissions
✅ **Essential Access:**
- View all transactions
- Access dispute management console
- Download evidence packages
- Submit rebuttal documents
- View customer verification data
❌ **Restricted Access:**
- Initiate payouts
- Modify account settings
- Process refunds
5. Finalize and Send Invitation
Set expiration to "Never" (if option exists)
Enable "Notify on Login" for this user
Click "Send Invitation"
Save the confirmation ID (e.g., INV-LUQ-XXXXXX)

Click on where you see your processor listed
