Integration Overview
This guide walks you through granting Disputifier secure access to your Payments.ai account to automate chargeback responses and reduce revenue loss.
Prerequisites
✅ Admin access to Payments.ai merchant portal
✅ Chargeback module enabled in your account
✅ 10 minutes of setup time
Step 1: Configure Disputifier Access in Payments.ai
1. Log in to Payments.ai
Navigate to Payments.ai Merchant Portal
Authenticate with admin credentials
Complete 2FA if required
2. Navigate to Team Access
Click Settings → Team Management
Select "Invite New Member"
3. Create Disputifier User
Fill in these details:
Email: onboarding@disputifier.com
Username: disputifier_[YourBizName] (e.g., disputifier_premiumshop)
Role: Select "Dispute Manager" or equivalent
4. Set Precise Permissions
+ Full chargeback access
+ Transaction history viewing
+ Evidence submission rights
+ Reporting access
- Payment processing (disable)
- Refund authorization (disable)
5. Send Invitation
Review all settings
Click "Send Invite"
Save confirmation message for reference
