How to Integrate Adyen

Here are steps you can take to integrate Adyen

Step 1: Create a Webhook in Adyen

  1. Log in to your Adyen portal

  2. Go to Developers → Webhooks

  3. Click New Webhook

  4. Select Standard Webhook

  5. Enter a name for the webhook

Add Disputifier Webhook URL:

  1. Log in to Disputifier

  2. Go to Settings → Integration

  3. Click “Add” next to Adyen

  4. Copy the Webhook URL

  5. Paste it into Adyen

Configure Events:

  • Select only: REPORT_AVAILABLE

  • Click Save Configuration


Step 2: Enable Automated Dispute Reports

  1. In Adyen, go to Reports

  2. Click the All tab

  3. Find:

    • Dispute transaction details

    • Dispute transaction details report (Multiday)

  4. For both:

    • Click Generate → Automated


Step 3: Configure Report Columns

  1. Open each report:

    • Dispute transaction details

    • Multiday version

  2. Go to Column Configuration

  3. Select all available fields

  4. Click Generate to save


Step 4: Create API Credentials

  1. Go to Developers → API Credentials

  2. Click Create New Credentials

  3. Select Report Service User

  4. Generate an API Key

  5. Copy and store it securely


Step 5: Connect Adyen to Disputifier

  1. Log in to Disputifier

  2. Go to Settings → Integration

  3. Find Adyen and click Add

  4. Enter:

    • Username

    • API Key

    • Merchant ID (optional)

  5. Click Save


Step 6: Sync Historical Disputes

  1. In Adyen → Reports

  2. Locate Dispute transaction details report (Multiday)

  3. Click Generate

  4. Select a date range (up to 90–180 days)

Data will sync to Disputifier within 24-48 hours
