Step 1: Create a Webhook in Adyen
Log in to your Adyen portal
Go to Developers → Webhooks
Click New Webhook
Select Standard Webhook
Enter a name for the webhook
Add Disputifier Webhook URL:
Log in to Disputifier
Go to Settings → Integration
Click “Add” next to Adyen
Copy the Webhook URL
Paste it into Adyen
Configure Events:
Select only: REPORT_AVAILABLE
Click Save Configuration
Step 2: Enable Automated Dispute Reports
In Adyen, go to Reports
Click the All tab
Find:
Dispute transaction details
Dispute transaction details report (Multiday)
For both:
Click Generate → Automated
Step 3: Configure Report Columns
Open each report:
Dispute transaction details
Multiday version
Go to Column Configuration
Select all available fields
Click Generate to save
Step 4: Create API Credentials
Go to Developers → API Credentials
Click Create New Credentials
Select Report Service User
Generate an API Key
Copy and store it securely
Step 5: Connect Adyen to Disputifier
Log in to Disputifier
Go to Settings → Integration
Find Adyen and click Add
Enter:
Username
API Key
Merchant ID (optional)
Click Save
Step 6: Sync Historical Disputes
In Adyen → Reports
Locate Dispute transaction details report (Multiday)
Click Generate
Select a date range (up to 90–180 days)
Data will sync to Disputifier within 24-48 hours
