How to set up customer follow ups.

Let us email your customers after they open a chargeback.

It shouldn't come as a surprise that the best-practice for beating chargebacks is to immediately follow up with your customer after they open a chargeback, dispute or an inquiry.

In order to save your time and sanity, Disputifier will do this for you. All you'll need to do in order to set this up is:

1. Click "Settings" in Disputifier

2. Click "Notifications", then click "Customer Notifications"
​

3. Fill out and submit the information form. This is legally required as we will be sending out emails on behalf of your company.

4. Open each pre-made email template to make sure that you're okay with the content and subject line. Feel free to customize these templates to your liking.

5. Click "Save" and you're ready to go! Your customers will automatically get a customized email as soon as the chargeback is registered on Shopify's end.
