How to set up chargeback updates for yourself

Make sure that you're staying up to date on the chargebacks impacting you.

It's important to stay updated on the chargebacks you care about.

Get automatic emails when you need to answer chargebacks, when high-value chargebacks are opened, or when a chargeback is opened for an unfulfilled order.

Here's how to do that.

Step 1: Click "Settings" in Disputifier

Step 2: Toggle the notifications you want to receive

Step 3: Click "edit" to adjust the notification criteria. For example, you can choose to be notified about chargebacks over $100 instead of $250.

Step 4: Feel free to edit the email templates/subjects. Then, click "Save" and you're good to go!

Note: By default, your Shopify account's email will be used. If you'd like to change this, please send us a message!
