Login to your Payarc account
Head over to Merchant Profile > Manage Users
Click on +New
Add the following details:
Name: Chargeback Automation
Username: Chargeback{insert random 7 digit number}
Email: onboarding+yourbusinessname@chargebackautomation.com - replace yourbusinessname with your business name or store name as an easy identifier
Password: Enter anything password you'd like
Please ensure to select the relevant accounts and role (admin prefered).
Click "Create User"

Remain logged in to Payarc
Head over to the API section in the left navigation bar
Click on Add Token
Click on the
Copy the API/Bearer Token

Login to the chargeback management app
Head over to Settings > Integrations and look for Payarc and click Add
Paste the API/Bearer Token that you copied from Payarc in Step 2
Click Save
