If you are the original creator or have been added as an 'Admin' to the group chat, you can update the settings.
Navigate to the message in your 'Inbox' and select it to open.
Click the top right corner picture and header.
There you can edit the main picture, name of the group, and managers of the group chat. You can also leave the group chat.
