🧐Why do we need statistics in Dolphin Cloud?

In Internet marketing, you need to measure the effectiveness of each action. Otherwise you risk wasting resources. This applies not only to your website, but also to your social media pages, in our case Facebook. Facebook page statistics are easily tracked with Our Dolphin service. All you have to do is select the column type you want:

and keep track of his statistics, we have a lot of them, but immediately you will be presented to the main ones:

You can also select or find any parameter from the list provided:

📄How to export statistics from Dolphin {Cloud} to a file

Dolphin {Cloud} does not have this feature yet, at the moment you can only copy the account ID:

👥Why can I see duplicate ad accounts in statistics

For example: You have account A, which has accounts 1,2,3. For some reason you see cabinet 2 from account B, although you do not want to do so. How do you solve the problem?

This is possible if you linked (cheated) account 2 from account B to account A (or not you). Either way, it means that accounts A and B own the account. If you do not go to see this office from under account B, you may delete this account from the system or place cabinet 2 from account B in the archive. Go to "Account", select account B, then go to "Accounts" and find account 2. Check the box next to it. In the menu above, click on the "Archive" button. Account B will no longer show up as Account 2.

✅Data in Dolphin {Server} updated, but no statistics

Most likely you have the wrong date selected, check its value at the top right.

If the date is OK, use any anti-detector to access the site Facebook and compare the stats there with the stats in Dolphin {Cloud}.

If the results are different, update and check the account token of this account

Also, check the functionality of your proxies.

If the result is negative, contact the support, the specialists will help you understand the reasons for the lack of statistics.

⏳Why does it take so long to update the statistics?

There are several options:

  1. You are updating statistics manually. It is inherently slower than automatic updates. The relatively low speed of manual update of statistics is related to the following factors:

In the manual mode, you subjectively want to get data faster. When it is updated in the background, you do not even notice it. Every time you download stats for ALL TIME the cabinet has been opened. It's broken down by day. For each campaign/advertisement/advertisement individually. To ensure you have access to your stats even after your account token is taken down. It takes longer than just getting the data on the current dates and selected RK elements in total. For security reasons, the system allows itself to make 1 request for 1 proxy at a time. That is, if you have 3 accounts under one proxy, and in each account you have 5 accounts, the download of statistics on them will become a queue. 15 accounts will be updated in turn, because they have 1 common proxy.

  2. Slow proxies, lost account tokens, no rights to update an account (you don't own the account you're trying to update), wrong settings.

With proxies, tokens, lack of rights you can figure out on your own, but with wrong settings you can't. Our recommendations for setting up a data update:

Set the data update time for accounts based on the fact that it takes about 40-60 seconds for 1 FB social account to fully update (if it has 1-2 ad accounts under management). If so has the management of 10-20-100500 accounts, then the calculation will be: 40-60 seconds * total number of accounts. Ie example: If you have 100 accounts with 1-2 offices on 5 mobile proxies, the refresh time is 30 minutes. If you have a proxy - 1 account, then you can set the time to 15 minutes. This is the minimum value. Less than 15 minutes is not recommended. FB does not update statistics more often than once in 15 minutes.
