Once you've ordered your Dosh Visa Debit Card from within your Dosh app, you can expect it to take around 10-15 business days to arrive.

Delivery times are dependent on NZ Post.

Due to processing and postage cycles, and for faster delivery, we recommend ordering your Dosh Visa Debit Card earlier in the week.

Some locations in New Zealand do not receive mail deliveries every day of the week. Please keep this in mind when waiting for your card to arrive.

If 20 days have passed and you have still not received your Dosh Visa Debit Card, please let us know by sending us a message in-app, or emailing cards@dosh.nz.
