What to do if your dosh card has not arrived

Once you've ordered your dosh card, you can expect to be with you within 10-15 business days. Please be patient with the postie!

If 15 days have passed and your card has still not arrived, please send us a message in-app, or email support@dosh.nz. We will investigate for you.
