If you move house after ordering your dosh card, please contact the team via our in-app messenger or send us an email to cards@dosh.nz.
If you let us know about a change in address within 36 hours of ordering your card, we will be able to have the address change request submitted before the card is sent out. If it is later than that, the card will have been dispatched. In this case, you will need to cancel your dosh card from within the card tab of your dosh app, and order a replacement. A $15 replacement fee will apply.
If you know you will be moving house, it's a good idea to have your dosh card sent to your new address.
