If you encounter an issue or want to report a bug with your dosh account, please send us a message by tapping on the messenger icon in-app or via the messenger support icon on our website.
If you receive a notification of a transaction not made by you, first check the kids/ your partner have not snaffled your dosh card ;).
Then, place a temporary lock on your dosh card by opening your dosh app, tapping Card, and toggling Temporary Lock to ON. This will prevent any further purchases being made with your dosh card.
We recommend you report your card as Lost or Stolen, found in the Card tab in your dosh app.
