Can I edit my Dosh account and profile details?

If you need to edit any of your personal details in your Dosh account e.g. mobile number, email address etc., please contact our team by emailing contact@dosh.nz or using the in-app messenger, and we can make these changes for you. For security reasons, before we can make changes to your account, we require a recent selfie together with a photo of your valid driver’s license or passport.

Please do not cancel your account or deactivate your profile so you can start again with a new account. Cancelling or deactivating your account is permanent and means you won't be able to order a new Dosh card.
