If you need to edit any of your personal details in your dosh account e.g. mobile number, email address etc., please contact our team by emailing contact@dosh.nz or using the in-app messenger, and we can make these changes for you. For security reasons, before we can make changes to your account, we require a recent selfie together with a photo of your valid driver’s license or passport.
Please do not cancel your account or deactivate your profile so you can start again with a new account. Cancelling or deactivating your account is permanent and means you won't be able to order a new dosh card.
