Why is it necessary to verify your account?
Verification is a mandatory step in Doto and has several benefits:

When is verification requested?
Verification is requested when you reach certain limits on your account.
Deposit limit without verification: $2,000
Withdrawal limit without verification: $1,000
Once you reach these limits, you must complete the verification process to continue depositing or withdrawing.
Steps to verify your Doto account
Log in and access verification
Visit Doto and log in to your account.
Go to the "Verification" section in the user profile.
Upload your ID document
🔴 South African traders can only upload ID card and Green book.

Upload a document that proves your address, such as:

Processing time
🕐 Once all your documents are uploaded, the verification can take a few minutes. However, in some cases, processing may take one working day.
