Overview
✅ Delivery timelines begin once an order has been approved in the Dots platform. Time spent preparing quotes, drafting proposals, or waiting for approvals is not included in the delivery SLA
🗓️ All timelines are in business days (Mon–Fri, excluding local holidays).
🚀 Tip to speed up delivery: Restock on a quarterly basis and use Dots Credits as this type of delivery is processed immediately, eliminating the approval cycle.
⚠️ All stated delivery timelines begin after the recipient has completed address confirmation. Prior to shipment, Dots sends a confirmation of delivery details. The time required for recipient response is not included in the stated SLAs because it is outside Dots' control.
Drafting Proposal Timelines (Not Part of SLA)
Proposal preparation timelines reflect the average time required for Dots' automated sourcing engine to collect supplier bids, pricing, and availability, evaluate options against customer requirements, and generate an optimized proposal for approval.
Proposal preparation time is separate from the order SLA.
Order Type | Draft & Proposal Preparation |
Standard Orders | Up to 2 business days |
CTO / Special Configurations | Up to 3 business days |
International Deliveries | 3–5 business days |
Once approved, the delivery SLA begins.

The maximum timeline reflects the latest expected delivery under normal operating conditions.
🌍 Non-Warehouse & International Deliveries
Some deliveries require coordination with international carriers, customs authorities, local logistics partners, and end recipients. Because these factors vary by destination and shipment type, specific delivery timelines cannot always be guaranteed.
⚠️ Delivery times may be affected by:
Customs clearance procedures
Import regulations and documentation requirements
Local carrier performance and delivery capacity
Government inspections or regulatory holds
Regional transportation disruptions
Delays in providing the required recipient information or documentation
Recipient availability for delivery scheduling, verification, or acceptance
While Dots actively monitors and coordinates these shipments, delivery timelines may be impacted by factors outside of our direct control, including third-party logistics processes and recipient responsiveness.
