A built-in safeguard that asks employees to verify their delivery address and phone number before we ship equipment directly to them.

Why we confirm details?

To prevent delays or lost shipments caused by outdated or incorrect records, employees are asked to verify their delivery details when equipment ships directly to them.
Example: Moves or typos in HR records can lead to packages being returned or misplaced.

How it works?

The employee receives a short form to confirm their details.

  • If they respond, the order moves forward immediately.

  • If there’s no reply within 3 business days, the system auto-confirms and ships the order.
✅ This helps ensure the device arrives correctly on the first attempt.

Managing urgent shipments
Need to ship right away? You can disable confirmation during order creation to skip the wait. The order will then move forward immediately without waiting for employee input.

⚠️ Important disclaimer: If the package is delayed or lost due to incorrect details, it will be your responsibility.

Best practices

Keep confirmation on for most shipments to minimize errors, and disable it only when speed outweighs risk.
