Why we confirm details?
To prevent delays or lost shipments caused by outdated or incorrect records, employees are asked to verify their delivery details when equipment ships directly to them.
Example: Moves or typos in HR records can lead to packages being returned or misplaced.
How it works?
The employee receives a short form to confirm their details when order moves to processing.
If they respond, the order moves forward immediately.
If there’s no reply within 3 business days, the system auto-confirms and ships the order.
As the order creator, you will receive a notification in the UI and by email when the employee approves or edits their address, or when the system automatically confirms the address after three days.
✅ This helps ensure the device arrives correctly on the first attempt.
Address confirmation policy (updated April 2026)
As of mid-April 2026, address confirmation is mandatory and can no longer be disabled during order creation.
This update was introduced following repeated cases of failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or outdated address details. Based on logistics best practices and risk management considerations, requiring confirmation before shipment significantly improves delivery success rates and reduces operational issues.
All shipments now go through the confirmation step. If the employee does not respond within 3 business days, the system will automatically confirm the details and proceed with shipping.
Best practices
Plan shipments with the confirmation window in mind, especially for time-sensitive orders.
Address confirmation is now a standard part of the process and helps ensure accurate, reliable delivery while minimizing delays, returns, and lost packages.
